Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily quality assurance checks on risk operations work to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • •Take ownership of risk domain QA programs, ensuring QA evaluations are completed with high productivity and precision.
  • •Deliver high-quality assessment results via monthly QA reports, identifying operational errors, procedural gaps, and system limitations.
  • •Analyze root causes of identified gaps and provide actionable solutions to address QA findings, closely monitoring the remediation process.
  • •Collaborate with global stakeholders across different functions to improve operational quality, procedures, and systems

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of risk management experience in payments, financial services, or related industries (e.g., underwriting, merchant risk monitoring, dispute handling).
  • •Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, brand risk, credit risk, fraud, and dispute management.
  • •At least 1-2 years of experience in process optimization.
  • •Previous Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience is highly desirable.
  • •Quick learner, self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
