Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse customer behaviour, journeys, and commercial performance to identify opportunities and explain changes in business performance.
  • •Extract, manipulate, and interpret data to elevate stakeholders beyond BAU reporting and enable decisions based on knowledge.
  • •Analyse marketing campaigns and customer touchpoints across online and offline channels, understanding how channels influence commercial trade.
  • •Become an expert in clickstream and behavioural data to support stakeholders in understanding the digital journey and its business value.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders, share insights confidently, and take ownership of analytical work while delivering value-led day-to-day and project priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative, scientific, engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Strong SQL skills, including hands-on experience querying, manipulating, and validating datasets.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving ability to investigate questions, identify patterns, and draw evidence-based conclusions.
  • •Experience delivering data-led analysis or deep-dive investigations on complex topics, shaping clear recommendations independently and collaboratively.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
