Job Summary

Own global HR data operations and manage employee lifecycle information with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Serve as a key contact for onboarding to offboarding workflows, perform data audits and hygiene for payroll readiness, and support HR teams and business leaders with reporting and analytics using HR systems. Work with Oracle and ServiceNow alongside time and attendance tools, and contribute to regional/global HRIS updates and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain employment and personal information in global HR systems (Oracle) and local systems across multiple countries, supporting onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
•Run regular data audits to resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and missing information to ensure data hygiene for payroll and audit purposes.
•Handle HR reports and data analytics requests using Oracle, ServiceNow, time and payroll systems, and Tableau or other analytical tools.
•Advise employees and HR/business managers on HR processes and needs within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
•Support regional/global system updates by testing HRIS features, overseeing HR administration (contracts/addenda) for multiple EMEA countries, and improving processes through automation.

Salary: RON 56,770 - 90,832 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing HR data in a regional/global HR shared service or fast-paced corporate environment.
•Experience with Core Human Capital Management (HCM) data management, including knowledge of Oracle, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, and time and attendance systems.
•Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) with strong written and interpersonal communication.
•Strong working knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
