Sr. Field Performance Technician

Manage and maintain the warranty and service schedule for solar and storage installations, coordinating with field leaders and centralized scheduling to allocate labor and complete service work. Lead team alignment meetings, support onboarding and training for field technicians, and drive performance against KPIs such as turnaround time and dispatch completion. Assist with inspections and site audits as assigned, while providing excellent customer service in a safety-first environment.
