Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and ongoing enhancement of the land cost model for citywide and district-level analysis
  • •Collect, review, and validate inputs from multiple business units and technical stakeholders
  • •Support land cost allocation across districts, plots, and development phases using defined methodologies
  • •Prepare analytical outputs and presentation/analysis packs to support land development and financing decisions
