Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for content licensing, development and production, underlying IP, ATL talent matters, and music contracts.
•Serve as a trusted business partner with pragmatic, business-first solutions that support growth.
•Conduct legal analysis across the content lifecycle, identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and advising on clearance (including music clearance).
•Provide clear, solution-oriented legal guidance to external production partners on contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
•Align with internal cross-functional teams and maintain/update legal templates to reflect current business needs and legal standards.

Key Requirements

•Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one jurisdiction.
•7+ years of experience is typically expected (fewer years considered if scope is demonstrated).
•Experience in media, entertainment, or intellectual property law, either at a law firm or as in-house counsel.
•Full professional fluency in both Korean and English with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
•Ability to work proactively and independently while managing multiple matters under tight deadlines.
