Key Responsibilities

•Carry out shop window and in-store display fit-outs within agreed timeframes and maintain daily quality standards.
•Make display adjustments based on store merchandising needs, sales performance, market specifics, and customer profiles, coordinating updates with Visual Merchandising.
•Support fit-outs in other stores in the same city when required by the VM Manager and agreed with the Store Manager.
•Capture display changes via the Display App (photos, updates) and upload images to the appropriate platform for feedback and adjustments.
•Collaborate with Retail Merchandising and store leadership to drive customer traffic and sales; support in-store events, promotions, and private client appointment displays.

Key Requirements

•Strong visual merchandising expertise with a keen eye for detail and luxury brand styling standards.
•Solid understanding of retail dynamics, including product placement, customer behavior, and sales drivers.
•Ability to interpret and consistently implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.
•Creative thinking to adapt displays to market needs, store performance, and customer profiles while maintaining brand identity.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills to deliver fit-outs within tight deadlines.
