Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and underlying systems to optimize speed-to-market and operational rigor.
  • •Lead the transition from successful product launch transformations into long-term, scalable operations.
  • •Partner with Product Management and Engineering to ensure accurate, high-quality operational delivery of product licensing and entitlements.
  • •Establish executive governance frameworks and launch readiness councils aligned across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
  • •Define, monitor, and optimize product operations performance metrics and lead, build, and mentor a team of product and pricing operations professionals.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Operations, Pricing Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Program Management in enterprise SaaS/cloud software.
  • •Experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformations involving complex NPI processes and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) operational strategies.
  • •Proven M&A integration experience, including integrating product suites, pricing methodologies, and operational workflows of acquired companies.
  • •Deep expertise in enterprise pricing structures, price book configuration, discounting models, and product hierarchy design.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
