Key Responsibilities

  • •Make minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs and touching up painting, and report major repairs or problems daily
  • •Use, return, and care for company-supplied tools; report malfunctioning tools or equipment to the Maintenance Manager
  • •Assist in keeping the venue in top-notch condition to meet guests’ expectations
  • •Relocate furniture and support employee and departmental moves
  • •Supplement contract cleaners by performing cleaning tasks when required, and work on assigned projects
