Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure cross-functional alignment by maintaining visibility into dependencies, timelines, priorities, and risks across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • •Run and facilitate engineering Scrum ceremonies, ensuring meetings end with clear decisions, owners, and next steps.
  • •Build and maintain the team backlog and roadmap in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership, keeping work prioritized and clearly structured.
  • •Communicate changes in priorities, timelines, scope, and direction proactively, documenting key decisions and reducing confusion across teams.
  • •Identify recurring execution challenges and drive operational improvements by translating root-cause insights into actionable strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 55,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in project/program management, product operations, or similar roles in a technology or software organization.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices and how to run engineering ceremonies.
  • •Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams, managing roadmaps/backlogs and cross-functional dependencies.
  • •Ability to operate in complex organizations with multiple teams and stakeholders while maintaining clarity and predictability.
  • •Experience in gaming, payments, e-commerce, or technology platforms is a plus.
