Job Summary

Perform vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards, diagnosing malfunctions and completing work from repair orders with efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with the parts department for needed components and warranty/customer requests. Ensure vehicles are road-tested when required, document all work, and keep the shop clean and organized. •Coordinate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
•Examine vehicles for additional safety/service needs, notifying the service advisor of discrepancies or delays.
•Supervise assigned apprentice technicians, attend factory training, and document work (including road-testing when required).
