Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end AUM reporting across public and private market investment vehicles, including AUM roll-forward and capital activity.
  • •Oversee Capital Raise reporting and investor flow analytics, and drive revenue-to-AUM reconciliation accuracy.
  • •Migrate AUM reporting from legacy spreadsheets/multiple tools to an enterprise data lakehouse platform, including defining target-state operating models.
  • •Establish enterprise data governance, controls, lineage/certification/auditability, and improve data quality through automation.
  • •Partner with Technology teams and lead program delivery across Finance, Investment Operations, Distribution, and Data Management to accelerate month-end/quarter-end close.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Operations, Fund Administration, or Financial Services.
  • •Minimum 5 years leading transformation, ERP, or data modernization initiatives.
  • •Strong domain expertise across AUM, capital raise lifecycle, and revenue reporting for public/private markets.
  • •Experience partnering and leading across global stakeholders.
