Key Responsibilities

  • •Take a real problem in the Tabby app end to end, from question to shipped change.
  • •Run research by talking to users and reading data to identify what is broken, and define what you would not do.
  • •Design the solution in Figma (flows, screens, states, and edge cases) and iterate through critique with the product/design team.
  • •Hand off to engineers and stay with the build through release.
  • •After launch, measure outcomes, report whether it worked, and present results across teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SAR 3,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 or over and an evidence-based product/decision maker (challenge entry is the evidence).
  • •Comfortable in Figma, including components, prototyping, and handing work over to engineers.
  • •Clear written Arabic or English (both judged the same; no translation needed).
  • •Willingness to have your work challenged and to argue back with evidence.
  • •Strong plus: any shipped work and basic comfort with data and metrics.
