Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and communicate the link between programme and financial performance, providing insight into the numbers for business leads and key stakeholders
  • •Ensure financial processes are delivered on time and understood by stakeholders including risk, opportunity management, earned value management, and forecasting
  • •Support the achievement of all metrics (bookings, sales, profit, cash) and maintain financial governance
  • •Act as the financial conscience of the business and ensure policy adherence, providing financial insight to risk & opportunities processes
  • •Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support, including EAC reporting and the establishment of AOP and five-year plan targets

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or Finalist
  • •Project Accounting experience
  • •Business Partnering skills, working across different internal functions
  • •Relevant commercial experience in a similar defence or complex contracting environment
  • •Experience of working with SAP, Power BI, MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
