Head Compounding Pharmacist

Lead the compounding pharmacy team by supervising personnel, performing and documenting non-sterile compounding procedures, and ensuring dispensing accuracy while maximizing patient safety and quality. Serve as a subject matter expert for developing new compounded treatments, reviewing and approving compounding materials, maintaining and calibrating compounding equipment, and building/optimizing SOPs. Collaborate with R&D to scale formulations and coordinate with the pharmacist-in-charge for compliance and regulatory needs, including USP and hazardous drug safety practices.
