Job Summary

Deliver and manage end-to-end technology products and services across the full lifecycle, from inception through construction, testing, release, and ongoing operations within a technology pod. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to drive solutions for customer journeys, design and document technical architecture, and automate environments for consistent code and data quality. Build test plans and ensure CI/CD automation with strong DevOps practices, supporting resilience and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle via software development, testing, and operational support, moving between activities as needed.
•Own end-to-end accountability for a product/service by identifying and developing technology solutions to meet customer needs.
•Collaborate with engineers and architects to lead/participate in functional and architecture design, including network and deployment scheme design and review organization.
•Create technical test plans and records, including unit and integration tests, using automated test environments to ensure code quality.
•Automate and enhance CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps product/service team; support release/change activities, operational issues, incidents, and meet resilience and recovery time objectives.

Key Requirements

•University graduate certificate majored in IT (or equivalent experience).
•At least 8 years of hands-on experience across software requirements, design, development, testing, and support.
•Strong skills in Java, Springboot, Mybatis/JPA, Typescript/React, Python, and SQL/NoSQL.
•Experience with shell script, MQ, Docker, and Kubernetes; Google Cloud Platform experience is a plus.
•Strong CI/CD design and implementation experience using DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
