Lead the show cleaning crew at the venue, working closely with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager to keep front-of-house and backstage areas clean and ready for guests. Supervise and coordinate cleaning tasks across restrooms, offices, dressing rooms, VIP areas, and outdoor spaces, maintain safety and cleanliness, complete cleaning checklists, and translate key instructions for Spanish-speaking crew members during shifts and post-show clean-up.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager to lead the show cleaning crew throughout each shift.
•Translate instructions and important information for Spanish-speaking crew members.
•Maintain safe, clean venues by restocking restroom and hygiene supplies, cleaning toilets/sinks/floors, and handling spills and messes during concerts and events.
•Thoroughly clean front-of-house areas (including VIP, employee break spaces, outdoor lounge areas) and backstage areas (dressing rooms and office spaces).
•Complete cleaning checklists, ensure areas are ready for guests, communicate cleaning needs in a timely manner, and comply with safety regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

•Ability to perform duties professionally and make independent, good-judgment decisions within policy and procedures.
