Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead change enablement activities including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness planning, and adoption measurement.
  • •Develop and execute change strategies supporting implementation of business, process, and technology changes.
  • •Partner with business leaders, project teams, and subject matter experts to assess organizational impacts and adoption risks.
  • •Collaborate with Learning & Development partners on capability gaps and learning execution plans that support change adoption (without designing learning programs).
  • •Monitor readiness and adoption metrics, analyze feedback and data, provide updates on progress/risks, and drive continuous improvement of change enablement methods.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years leading change management initiatives in business transformation and/or business process redesign (or equivalent combinations).
  • •Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and adoption practices.
  • •Proven experience leading change initiatives supporting technology, process, and organizational transformation.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environment without direct authority.
  • •Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
