Lead Software Engineer

Set the technical vision and drive architectural excellence for Visa’s Acceptance Solutions transaction processing platform. You’ll design and build scalable, secure systems for high-volume payment flows, event-driven processing, and real-time data movement. Partner across product, architecture, security, operations, and engineering, lead design/code reviews, improve reliability and observability, and mentor senior engineers. The role is hands-on (40–50%) and explores generative/agentic AI engineering practices at scale.
