Job Summary

Design apparel for The North Face as part of the Product Creation team, aligning concepts with brand seasonal direction and global business needs. Create product and style/fit/quality-focused deliverables, including inspiration boards, sketches, and APP concepts for key accounts and collaborations. Partner closely with Development and Product Management to ensure practical merchandising outcomes across APAC distribution while improving design processes and meeting deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Use design skills to create products meeting value and cost expectations; monitor product development for style, fit, quality, and detail requirements.
•Develop and support execution of seasonal inspiration, style, and product concept boards or sketches.
•Collaborate with Development and Product Management to deliver appropriate execution for the target consumer audience.
•Ensure design practicality and support merchandising business needs, including understanding APAC distribution channels.
•Work across multiple simultaneous projects with PM and PD teams, and improve design capabilities by examining and refining existing processes.

Key Requirements

•4-7 years experience (academic and professional) with a proven portfolio.
•Strong design thinking and creativity with innovative, detail-oriented execution.
•Proficiency with design software including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
•Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and work within deadlines.
•Must be able to write in English and speak in normal conversations.
