Job Summary

Drive workforce transformation engagements by applying change management and program leadership across HR and payroll initiatives. Partner across service lines to assess stakeholder readiness and capability needs, design scalable approaches, and deliver integrated communication strategies. Analyze qualitative and quantitative workforce data to identify risks and opportunities, translate insights into roadmaps, and facilitate client workshops and executive presentations. Support proposals and help coach engagement teams to deliver timely outcomes.

•Apply Grant Thornton methodologies across workforce transformation engagements spanning organizational change, HR, payroll, and workforce operations.
•Develop and execute scalable approaches to manage workforce and operational change, including impact and readiness assessment.
•Collaborate with engagement teams to design and deliver integrated communication strategies using clear messaging and feedback mechanisms.
•Prepare and present findings through presentations, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions; facilitate workforce transformation working sessions.
•Proactively manage workstreams, analyze workforce readiness data to identify risks/opportunities, support proposals, and contribute to team coaching and development.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 110,400 - 140,760 annually

•Experience planning and executing communications, stakeholder engagement, job role design, and training.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project).
