Job Summary

Underwrite and grow Zurich’s liability insurance portfolio by evaluating new and renewal risks, managing existing accounts, and driving profitable business outcomes. Partner closely with strategic brokers across NSW/ACT, provide technical guidance to junior underwriters, and help execute underwriting excellence aligned to Zurich’s guidelines and go-to-market strategy. Report to the NSW State Manager while staying current on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

•Build and maintain relationships with brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders across NSW/ACT.
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior underwriters and support continuous improvement.
