Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead feasibility studies and develop test methodologies for new products.
  • •Improve backend test coverage and quality for mobile DRAM products.
  • •Collaborate with DFT/Test Solution/Product Engineering teams on backend test flow and sign off backend test program releases.
  • •Develop testing patterns to improve testing efficiency and quality.
  • •Use state-of-the-art in-house engineering equipment and data analysis to support product characterization, electrical failure analysis, and yield improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Engineering.
  • •Familiar with backend testing for Memory/SoC.
  • •Familiar with backend testing for BIST/BOST of Memory/SoC.
  • •Familiar with test development for SCAN TEST circuits used in SoC products (Synopsys TestMax Tool).
  • •High English communication skills (speaking and writing). Japanese language skills are preferred.
