Key Responsibilities

•Analyze sales and gross margin results and forecasts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
•Support the month-end close process by reviewing P&L statements, investigating variances, and presenting to leadership
•Support annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts for Automotive BU operating expenses, ensuring timely completion and clear presentation to senior leadership
•Ensure subsidiary transfer pricing is set up correctly and transactions flow properly in SAP
•Partner with Sales teams and cross-functional colleagues to develop pricing recommendations and evaluate opportunities for new business

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent internationally recognized qualifications will be considered
•7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis, preferably in the automotive industry, manufacturing, or a global matrixed organization
•Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and the ability to work effectively within global corporation
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are preferred and would be an advantage in working with local stakeholders and processes
