Key Responsibilities

•Lead the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects from initial concept through to full industrialization, ensuring technical, operational, and quality requirements are met.
•Collaborate with universities, external suppliers, R&D, production engineering and manufacturing to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into production.
•Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
•Monitor project progress and performance using KPIs and project management tools; proactively identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in mechanical or Automation engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a manufacturing development environment.
•Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
•Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate multiple levels of the organization.
•Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-cultural teams.
