Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of complex, cross-functional projects from concept through full industrialization, aligning goals with business objectives and technical/quality requirements.
  • •Manage the full project lifecycle for concept development and industrialization initiatives, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans covering schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration with universities, external suppliers, R&D, production engineering, and manufacturing for timely, cost-effective execution.
  • •Monitor project progress using KPIs and project management tools and provide regular updates to steering committees and key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in mechanical or Automation engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a manufacturing development environment.
  • •Demonstrated success managing complex, high-impact projects from concept through industrialization.
  • •Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
  • •Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to influence across the organization.
