Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Field Service Leader with day-to-day customer and operational requirements, including coordination and KPI management.
  • •Manage service projects and small works, ensuring project milestones are achieved and service business outcomes delivered.
  • •Provide technical consulting, design, and implementation support for connected services, including pre-sales support to account teams.
  • •Perform fault diagnosis, testing, commissioning, software/controller programming, and on-site supervision for BMS, FAS, security, HVAC, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • •Maintain design documents and deliver performance reporting using analytics tools, including customer liaison, surveys, NPS targets, and site audits.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of project management experience in BMS/FAS/Security field is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC/FAS/Security system control logic and related systems.
  • •Fresh graduate or diploma/ITE with preferred related work experience in BMS, FAS, CCTV, and security systems.
  • •Computer skills for server/workstation setup, internet connectivity, networking, and connected services configuration.
  • •Ability to perform fault diagnosis and technical support for HVAC, CCTV, access control, security, and third-party/IT networking & cybersecurity systems.
