Key Responsibilities

  • •Next generation technology node transfer including recipes, SOPs, BKMs, Atlassian website admin.
  • •Follow standard operating procedures to disposition wafers: product and test wafers. Identify the critical failures that imply bigger problems, document and escalate supporting teams and photo leadership.
  • •Perform routine process monitoring and report on the quality aspects of equipment changepoint monitoring (CPM).
  • •Attending and contributing in daily tactical meetings with internal photo teams about quality events and metrics.
  • •Attending cross-functional meetings regarding quality metrics and contribute to department and Taylor sites improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of semiconductor experience
  • •Experience on equipment such as TEL, SEMES, Screen, ASML, Canon, KLA or Hitachi
  • •Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals and photolithography
  • •Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, FDC, yield analysis and standard engineering/manufacturing practices
  • •Proficient with data analysis tools, such as JMP and MATLAB and complex spreadsheets
