Key Responsibilities

  • •Own enterprise content migrations end-to-end, including scoping, customer communication, execution, and delivery.
  • •Work with customers to understand their content structure and set accurate expectations.
  • •Write and run transformation scripts to parse, normalize, and import content from diverse source formats (e.g., PDF, HTML, RST, Confluence exports).
  • •Build reusable tooling and pipelines to speed up each migration and turn one-off work into a documented playbook.
  • •Partner with Solutions Engineers pre-sale to scope migration complexity and support deal strategy while feeding product feedback from the field.

  • •Ownership mindset to define and run an end-to-end migration process without an established playbook.
  • •Technical depth in parsing and transforming messy, structured, and semi-structured document content at scale.
  • •Comfort with customer-facing communication to explain complexity, manage timelines, and deliver difficult updates clearly.
