Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent qualification.
  • •At least 1–2 years of work experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or a similar area (career changers welcome).
  • •First experience leading a team is a plus; you communicate empathically and create a clear, development-focused work environment.
  • •Strong service and customer orientation with an open, friendly approach.
  • •Very good German and English skills, plus a valid Class B driver’s license.
