Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure customer engagement and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
  • •Build client relationships daily and resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Partner with leadership to analyze reports, support action plans for deficient areas, and highlight growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure sales floor coverage, educate guests and staff on product/community/culture, assist with shipment processing and daily replenishment, and follow store policies/procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
