  • •Oversee and train production supervisors across production, paperwork, yields, time and attendance, discipline, motivation, turnover, absenteeism, and safety problem-solving.
  • •Manage performance accountability for safety, quality, workers’ compensation, turnover rates, bid movement, and team member morale.
  • •Lead supervision of all Production Operations at the facility, including production schedules, product rotation, and CCP verification schedules.
  • •Oversee safety committee activities and review team members in supervisor roles to develop and improve deficient areas.
