Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineers, hardware teams, and manufacturing experts to define build strategies, L10/L11 roadmaps, and SOWs for ODMs/CMs across compute servers and network hardware
  • •Own end-to-end ODM/CM management including selection, onboarding, performance governance, and relationship management to achieve on-time delivery and lead-time compression
  • •Define and negotiate SOWs and commercial agreements that challenge unnecessary specifications, drive value engineering, and secure pricing, capacity commitments, and flexibility
  • •Drive cost leadership through should-cost modeling, design-for-manufacturability reviews, and long-term pricing agreements to reduce total cost of ownership
  • •Standardize and automate NPI-to-mass-production processes, optimize inventory and WIP models, and establish KPIs reviewed weekly with leadership

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Engineering; or 10+ years in one or more of these areas
  • •5+ years of experience in global supply chain, ODM/CM management, or electronics manufacturing, focusing on compute servers and networking hardware
  • •Strong ability to define build strategies, co-create SOWs, and drive on-time delivery in a high-velocity environment
  • •Experience negotiating complex SOWs, driving value engineering, and securing aggressive pricing and capacity commitments
  • •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support ODM/CM factory sites, audits, and critical projects
