Customer Specialist - Full Time

Deliver a customer-first experience while guiding customers through buying, selling, and servicing vehicles. In training, support sales, appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and accurate vehicle condition assessments. Manage inventory check-in and reconciliation, perform cosmetic inspections, and handle transaction paperwork. Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices for accurate billing while following EH&S requirements in a clean, organized workspace.
