Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects, acting as the single point of contact from concept through final implementation. Partner with stakeholders to deliver an as-sold solution within budget and on time, while maintaining quality and managing scope, change, escalations, risks, and issues. Coordinate project teams, provide proposal and tender pre-sales support, and influence sales through business conversations that position consulting and technical services offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects.
•Interface with project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through final implementation and hand over to Operations.
•Ensure client satisfaction by managing escalations and acting as a single point of contact to the client.
•Manage project delivery: scope control, change management, risk and issue documentation, and delivery within baselined budget and on time while maintaining quality.
•Provide pre-sales support by scoping and costing project solutions, helping complete proposals, and supporting tender presentations.

Key Requirements

•Seasoned project management skills to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
•Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
•Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitments, and expectations, including handling escalations.
•Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage urgent, complex tasks simultaneously.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business and/or project management (or related field); relevant project management certifications (preferably PMP required) and ITIL certification is beneficial.
