Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead credit risk analysis and contribute to client financial standing assessments and lending decision-making.
  • •Structure more complex transactions in collaboration with experts from the Industry & Corporate Analysis Unit to support sound lending within the bank’s risk appetite.
  • •Prepare documentation related to the credit origination process, including pricing and other non-credit products and services.
  • •Interact with management of largest corporate clients to understand business nature and needs, ensuring sufficient information for analytical assessment.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders across product, risk assessment, and support functions, including international cooperation with other SEB sites, and support departmental KPI/KRI hygiene.

Salary: EUR 2,750 - 3,950 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in corporate finance or in accounting/audit.
  • •University degree in an Economics-related field or alternative proof of knowledge of the subject.
  • •Fluent and structured communication in Lithuanian and English.
  • •Ability to maintain quality, objectivity, and collaboration, including during difficult conversations.
  • •Experience contributing to analytical assessment and decision-making within a credit risk context.
