Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, maintain, and improve documentation site infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
  • •Support internal customers such as Builder Experience teams with structured authoring platforms and automation to keep technical writers unblocked.
  • •Provide cross-regional support to Builder Experience teams.
  • •Collaborate with DocTool Leads to improve user experience for documentation sites, including content structure and versioning for multiple products and global audiences.
  • •Implement frontend changes to improve user experience, appearance, and functionality on help.okta.com and developer.okta.com.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of development experience.
  • •Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
  • •Hands-on experience with OpenAPI and JAMstack architecture.
  • •Experience with documentation frameworks such as DITA, Redocly, and VuePress (or similar).
  • •Experience with CI/CD and tooling such as GitHub, CircleCI, Vercel, and Artifactory.
