Key Responsibilities

  • •Review traffic data for road incidents (constructions, closures) and customer feedback to improve customer experience.
  • •Conduct root-cause analysis using various data sources and tools to understand customer issues.
  • •Edit OSM and other internal data sources to meet guidelines with high-quality corrections.
  • •Investigate issues, find patterns, and write reports based on analysis.
  • •Collaborate closely with teammates, managers, and engineers to improve tools, workflows, products, and services.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for working with large traffic datasets and identifying patterns through root-cause analysis.
  • •Be able to work with large volumes of traffic data and perform investigations, analysis, and written reports.
  • •Quick learner who can efficiently grasp new tools, workflows, and guidelines.
  • •English level B1 (intermediate), both written and spoken, for daily communication and report writing.
  • •Basic knowledge of traffic regulations and willingness to work a 2/2 shift schedule (2 days on, 2 days off; day 8:00am–8:00pm, night 8:00pm–8:00am).
