Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage reliability evaluations for deviation management, including identifying sampling material and closing evaluations with stakeholder feedback.
  • •Conduct reliability trial planning and material sampling for evaluation, then determine dispositions for deviated materials.
  • •Perform data analysis of reliability test results, including failure analysis from qualification/evaluation/OQRM failures, and report findings.
  • •Manage Product Outgoing Quality and Reliability Monitoring (OQRM): plan operations, collect OQRM data, analyze MES data (e.g., MAM), and deliver regular OQRM metrics reports.
  • •Coordinate with engineering and quality reliability assurance groups globally, support audits/RMA/customer issues, and provide consultation and training while maintaining lessons learned knowledge bases.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters’ degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering (or relevant experience if no master’s).
  • •2-7 years of experience in Solid State Drives or non-volatile memory product/device engineering, quality/reliability engineering in semiconductors, or non-volatile memory process integration.
  • •Knowledge of wafer fabrication processes, device physics, NAND device operation, and solid state drive operation.
  • •Knowledge of SSD protocol standards including SATA, PCIe, and NVMe, plus semiconductor reliability statistics.
  • •Experience using generative/agentic AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve failure analysis efficiency, workflows, and technical documentation.
