Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary day-to-day support contact for assigned Portfolio Management teams.
  • •Perform daily validation of positions, market values, cash balances, and exposures; investigate breaks and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
  • •Monitor trades from execution through confirmation, settlement, and downstream reporting; proactively resolve exceptions with counterparties.
  • •Manage onboarding and maintenance of accounts, strategies, and instruments; support corporate actions elections and lifecycle events.
  • •Generate and deliver Transaction Cost Chargeback and ETF P&L breakdowns, assist performance/attribution reviews, and contribute process improvements.

Key Requirements
