•Rapid Discovery & Scoping: Cutting through organizational noise to identify the specific workflows where Kizen’s AI platform will deliver the highest ROI.
•Platform-Led Sales & Delivery: Transitioning clients from "problem state" to "platform state" by leading the configuration and deployment of automated agents and workflows.
•Outcome Ownership: Moving beyond milestones to focus on real-world metrics—speed to value, cost reduction, and platform stickiness.
•Sales Integration: Partnering with Sales and Engineering to ensure our consulting engagements are the ultimate proof-of-value for the Kizen platform.
•End-to-End Execution: Own the delivery roadmap, ensuring that platform deployments are high-quality, scalable, and built for production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6–10+ years of high-impact experience at a top-tier consultancy or a high-growth SaaS platform.

•Delivery Mastery: A proven track record of managing complex client engagements from first meeting to proven value.
•Problem Solver: The ability to take a messy, manual business process and re-architect it into a clean, automated workflow.
•Executive Presence: The ability to command a room of C-suite stakeholders and pivot from high-level strategy to granular execution.
