Job Summary

Information Manager (CDE Superuser) responsible for implementing and operating the Common Data Environment across UK projects, setting project standards, training users, QA/QC, and liaising with clients and teams to ensure compliant, well-managed project information.

Key Responsibilities

•CDE implementation and management: Assist in the implementation and operation of the organisation’s CDE, set up new project standards, and develop how-to guides; manage day-to-day CDE administration including invitations and workflow updates.
•Training and development: Provide training to internal and external project members on project-specific CDE systems and protocols; become the regional expert in CDE usage and produce regional system usage reports.
•Collaboration and communication: Liaise with DCs and project teams to provide feedback and reports to steering and management; collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient CDE utilisation and share best practices.
•Quality assurance and compliance: Manage incoming datasets, implement QA/QC procedures, and maintain project documentation across multiple projects to ensure compliance with protocols.
•Client and stakeholder interaction: Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal management regarding project information auditing and sourcing; distribute issues to internal teams and consultants.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in information management
•Extensive experience and strong knowledge of CDE (CDE Superuser)
•Proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access), Autodesk Forma, Aconex and basic AutoCAD/Revit, including PowerApps workflows
•Understanding of industry standards (ISO19650, GDPR)
•Appropriate Information Profession qualification or equivalent to bachelor’s degree level (or GKIM Practitioner level)
