Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage BAU activities, ensuring procedures are followed, reviews are completed, checklists are completed, and signoffs are done before completion.
  • •Handle, escalate, and resolve queries in a timely manner; perform investigation of reference data queries and critical client issues.
  • •Ensure day-to-day SLAs are met with required quality, including reporting on EOD metrics accurately and timely.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis of errors, suggest controls, and contribute as an SME to process improvements and early warning techniques for process failures.
  • •Assist TL/manager with audits and initiatives; own new hire training and deliver training/coaching while maintaining process documentation to organizational/audit standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 24 months of capital markets work experience (or 12 months as an Analyst II for internal partners).
  • •In-depth understanding of financial instruments, asset classes, and related reference data, including corporate actions with respect to pricing.
  • •Experience handling critical queries, managing escalations/issues, and resolving issues to successful closure.
  • •Working knowledge of market providers such as ICE, Bloomberg, and Thomson Reuters for fund pricing and valuation.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, with strong oral communication and email writing skills.
