Finance Manager - (Financial Controller)

Serve as a strategic finance business partner to retail operations, supply chain, and commercial teams by owning the operational P&L across stores and channels. Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, flash reporting, and variance analysis, and deliver KPI dashboards and financial insights to drive data-driven decisions. Analyze gross margin, sales mix, and markdown performance, monitor controllable operating costs, and identify and track cost-saving and profit improvement initiatives.
