Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the go-to-market data model (account, activated workspace, pipeline) with version control, testing, documentation, and deployment.
  • •Model the self-serve funnel end to end (visit to signup, activation, paid conversion, expansion) with visible drop-off points and comparable cohorts.
  • •Model the sales funnel end to end (source through MQL, SQL, pipeline, and closed won) using Salesforce data, including stage conversion and velocity.
  • •Build attribution models (first/last touch and multi-touch) with documented assumptions to drive strategic decisions.
  • •Ship the reporting layer for go-to-market teams across two Omni instances and help set GTM reporting rhythm (pipeline reviews, weekly funnel meeting, board reporting).

Key Requirements

  • •Four or more years building analytics models in dbt on a cloud warehouse with production ownership, tests, CI, and version control.
  • •Strong SQL, plus enough Python for API pulls, spend data, and enrichment tasks.
  • •Experience building and maintaining a semantic layer in Omni, Looker, or comparable tools, focused on reusable metrics.
  • •Direct work with go-to-market teams on funnel conversion, attribution, and unit economics (CAC, payback, ROI) using real CRM data from Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • •Prior knowledge of GTM systems such as Salesforce, Amplitude, Segment, and HubSpot.
