Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key interface between RISE Sales/Engagement teams and ECS technical experts.
  • •Coordinate onboarding, release upgrades, and migration projects with cross-functional ECS teams and partners/system integrators.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout onboarding, release upgrade, and migration phases.
  • •Demonstrate strong stakeholder management across internal and external parties.
  • •Lead and manage projects autonomously to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
  • •10+ years managing landscape provisioning, installation, migration, and release upgrades, including executed and managed migration projects.
  • •5+ years of SAP Basis experience with migration projects.
  • •5+ years of project management experience.
  • •Customer-facing experience (3+ years) including de-escalation of critical situations, plus datacenter migration experience.
