Key Responsibilities

  • •Evolve and scale the OpenStack platform (Nova, Neutron, Ironic) as a core part of next-generation infrastructure.
  • •Operate OpenStack and storage systems, handling feature requests and support tickets for compute and storage.
  • •Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack with senior engineers to reduce operational burden.
  • •Support storage integration with infrastructure via OpenStack Cinder or Kubernetes CSI.
  • •Build automation and tooling to reduce toil, and contribute documentation/runbooks while participating in on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years working as an Infrastructure/Platform/DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
  • •Hands-on experience building and maintaining at least one OpenStack private cloud or Ceph networked storage platform.
  • •Strong Linux systems knowledge (shell comfort, processes, networking basics, file systems, permissions).
  • •Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, ports, IP addressing, routing basics, TLS, PKI concepts).
  • •Scripting/programming experience (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
