Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive accountability for program scope and successful execution across technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
  • •Establish objectives and provide direction to program and project teams, including risk assessment and support for requirements changes.
  • •Ensure PROLaunch team creates and maintains Activity Matrix deliverables and lead the program during phases and Gate Review events.
  • •Coordinate cross-disciplinary work and integrate projects into programs while tracking risks, requirements, and progress through PM reviews and metrics/reporting.
  • •Manage related financial activities such as completing capital appropriation requests and support product transitioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Three (3) years of combined experience in manufacturing, engineering, program management, or leadership of project teams.
  • •Ability to travel on business up to 20% of the time, including international travel.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Preferred: PMI accreditation (PMP) and experience with risk management and product design.
