Job Summary

Drive new business as a Core Payments Relationship Manager by prospecting merchants, delivering in-person and virtual presentations, and closing deals in a fast sales cycle for small to mid-sized businesses in the San Diego area. You’ll explain our value proposition, demonstrate the Payments Platform, upsell products, and collaborate with the District Manager and Director to meet quota.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Prospect new clients and set appointments with business owners in the San Diego area to close sales in a fast sales cycle.
•Deliver in-person and phone presentations to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses, explaining our value proposition and demonstrating our Payments Platform.
•Maintain accurate CRM records (Atlas) of call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information; track activities to meet quota.
•Collaborate with the District Manager and Director, participate in weekly meetings, and engage in ongoing product knowledge development.
•Support paperless contract processing and on-spot client financial analysis during the sales process.

•18 years of age or older
•This position requires regular driving to visit client sites, therefore a valid driver's license is necessary
