Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational execution across shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards and strong stockroom standards, ensuring a safe work environment and efficient operations.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs; process shipments and support daily replenishment excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years prior experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
