Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular inspections and assessments of buildings, facilities, finishes, and architectural elements.
  • •Develop and review architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and design proposals for renovations, refurbishments, and new works.
  • •Manage space planning, workplace layouts, relocations, and changes to facility requirements.
  • •Coordinate with MEP, structural, civil, maintenance, and other technical teams on facility projects; prepare scopes of work, BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documentation.
  • •Supervise contractors and consultants and monitor maintenance to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • •Professional registration/licensure with the relevant architectural regulatory.
  • •Conduct building inspections, architectural design, space planning, maintenance, and refurbishment activities.
  • •Coordinate technical teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders; prepare project documentation and budgets.
  • •Supervise works for quality, safety, compliance, cost, and schedule.
